Messaging Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the GenAIPI conversational text messaging program with our AI assistant, G.E.N.A.. They supplement our general Terms of Service.
1. Program description
When you opt in to the GenAIPI text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring, two-way conversational text messages from GenAIPI's AI assistant, G.E.N.A., at the mobile number you provide. Messages include replies to your questions and related follow-ups. This is a recurring messaging program; message frequency varies based on your activity.
2. Cost
There is no charge from us for the messages you receive. Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your agreement with your wireless carrier. Message frequency varies.
3. How to opt in
You can opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the (never pre-checked) consent box on our sign-up page, by texting us first at (681) 275-4362 and confirming, or by giving your number to a GenAIPI representative and telling them you want to receive texts.
Opting in is entirely voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase and is not required to create a GenAIPI account, use G.E.N.A. on the web or in our apps, access any page on our site, or complete any transaction with us. Every field on the sign-up form is optional, and declining costs you no feature or service.
4. How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop sending messages. To resume, reply START. For help, reply HELP or text us at (681) 275-4362, or email support@genaipi.org.
5. Supported carriers & delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is outside of our control.
6. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. 7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
